At Sunshine Toyota we have raised almost $5000 and are proudly donating it to assist students from Sunshine Coast Grammar School in their fundraising for much-needed teachers and teaching equipment in East Timor.
18 students have just returned from a tour to East Timor, where they took part in various community projects and spent time in rural schools teaching English.
The tour has empowered these young people through intercultural learning and social awareness as well as providing educational assistance to rural communities in East Timor. The students will be instrumental in deciding with Sunshine Toyota how the funds will best be spent.
We take great pride in working with local schools and programs as a way of supporting the next generation of Sunshine Coast leaders.
This photo is of kids from the remote Maliana in the Bobonaro District who will receive educational facilities from Sunshine Toyota and Sunshine Coast Grammar School.

All-New Hilux Launch at Sunshine Toyota
The All-New Hilux officially landed at Sunshine Toyota's launch party in Currimundi on Wednesday 7th October 2015. Over 100 excited partygoers walked the red carpet, past the Something For Catering food truck, into the "Hard Yakka" themed party.
The excitement in the room grew as guests dined on the “5 Star Smoko” menu of gourmet burgers and sausage rolls especially designed for the evening. Everyone crowded around the red velvet-covered vehicles eager to get one of the first looks at the highly anticipated new model.
There were people looking under the bonnets, people sitting in the front and back seats and even a few people on the floor checking out the undercarriage! It was great to see how interested our guests were in all the specs and features of the All-New Hilux.
It was a sensational night at Sunshine Toyota and we would like to thanks all of our guests for coming down and sharing in the excitement of the All-New Hilux with us.
